General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Field of Application
The following GTC apply to orders in the current valid version at the time of placing the order. Customers agree to these terms and conditions with the placement of the order.
2. Terms of Delivery
There is a minimum order quantity of 6 bottles. Prices excl. shipping costs. Flat shipping rate for orders going to Austria €9,90 and for orders going to Germany €19,90. Other costs (e.g. customs) for orders from abroad are charged to the recipient of the goods. The delivery is processed, as fas as nothing else has been agreed on - ex store to the stated address. We try to send the goods within 2-3 worldays, however withing 10 days at the latest.
Orders from other countries than Austria or Germany have the option of click&collect or self-organised delivery at risk and by the purchaser.
Click&collect purchases need to arrange a confirmed appointment in advance.
3. Offer
Our conditional offer is only valid while supplies last. Due to limited quantities of certain products online orders might be sold out during an online order. In this case we offer an alternative. Weinbau Reinhard Bruckner is entiteld to reject orders without giving reason.
4. Terms of Use
Data required for purchases have to be stated entirely and correctly by the user. Prices apply as indicateted at the time of order. All prices include value added taxes and exlude shipping cost. Free shipping within Austria for orders of a minimum value of €169,00.
5. Payment Terms
The purchase price has to be paid according to the chosen method of payment without any deductions. For the options prepayment and purchase on account (only possible for orders in Austria) the total amount incl. name, address and billing number has to be transferred to the followoing account:

All other methods of payment require an immediate payment during the order process.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer can back out from a distance selling contract within 14 days without giving reason. The customer will be refunded the full amount after sending back the goods. However, shipping costs for the return have to be borne by the purchaser. Opened goods can not be accepted and taken back.
7. Data Protection
Data, required for business processing,will be treated and saved confidentially under the Data Protection Act (DPA). Weinbau Reinhard Bruckner indicates that all data will only be processed to ensure a smooth order process.
8. Reservation of Ownership
Until goods are not fully paid they remain property Weinbau Reinhard Bruckner.
9. Warranty/Complaints
Goods have to be examined for damages immediately after takeover and flaws or shipping damages must be queried in written form or via telephone within 7 days after delivery or delivery can be refused. Goods can only be retured after the confirmation of Weinbau Reinhard Bruckner. Claims for refund can only be made within 7 days after delivery. Opened goods can not be accepted and taken back. Damages of transport must be claimed on the responsible shipping partner.
10. Youth Protection
Sale and delivery of wine is only possible for people over 18 years of age. When placing the order, the customer confirms that the recipient of the goods is older than 18 years.
11. Change of GTC
The operator reserves the rights to change the general terms and conditions. These changes do not apply to already placed orders. By placing the order, the customer accepts the currently valid GTC.
12. Place of Jurisdiction
District court Neusiedl am See. Austrian law applies to all business-related divergences of opinion and legal disputes.
