Revocation

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without naming reasons within fourteen days.

The revocation deadline is fourteen days, starting with the day on which you or a third party charged by you, who is not the carrier, has gained possession of the last goods.

In order to forfeit the revocation right, you have to inform us

with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to revoke the contract. You can use the attached revocation template, which is not mandatory however.

To protect the deadline of revocation it is sufficient to send the notification about exercising the revocation right before the deadline of revocation has passed.

Consequences of Revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to refund all payments, which we have received from you including shipping costs (except additional costs that result from your personal choice of shipping and not for our cheapest standart shipping option) immediately and after fourteen days the latest starting with the day on which we received your notification of revocation. For this refund we use the same payment method as you did when purchasing the goods, unless we agreed on a different method. In no event you will be charged fees because of this refund.

We can refuse to refund the money as long as we do not have received the goods or until you have proved that you sent the goods back depending on which is earlier.

You have to send or bring back the goods immediately within fourteen days starting with the day on which you have informed us about the revocatio of the contract.

The deadline is met when you send the goods within these fourteen days.

You have to bear the costs of return.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if the loss of value is caused by a not necessary handling to prove state, characteristics and functioning of the goods by you.
